Owing to its extremely low coefficient of friction, corrosion and chemical resistance, coupled with excellent impact strength, polyethylene is one of the most versatile Thermoplastics available.
Available in sheet, block, and rod, we are able to offer high density, high molecular weight and ultra high molecular weight material polyethylene.

Although we try to show our standard products of polyethylene, It is not possible to show the unlimited range of customer made products for bespoke uses. Please call us with your requirements.

PE 300

HDPE has excellent impact strength, even at temperatures as low as -30C. Coupled with low coefficient of friction and ease of fabrication, HDPE is widely used in automotive, leisure and industrial applications and is particularly suitable for the fabrication of tanks, silos, hoppers etc. HDPE can also be supplied to a colour match, talc-filled and conductive forms.

PE 500

PE 500 is generally supplied in sheet form already planed to close tolerances and can perform at temperatures as low as -50C. It also boasts a higher wear resistance than PE 300 giving it a wider range of applications within all aspects of industry. PE 500 is widely used for its impact resistance in applications such as cutting boards, fenders, hand rails and protection strips where repeated impact is expected.

PE 1000

Having the highest molecular weight of all Polyethylenes, PE 1000 are the most wear resistant. Particularly suited to applications such as chain guides, star wheels, wear strips etc. It retains the typical impact resistance of polyethylenes and can operate at temperatures as low as -270C.

PE 1000 Regenerated

By the addition of a proportion of regenerated PE 1 000 we can offer a more cost effective form whilst still retaining much of its excellent wear and impact resistance. Particularly suited to linings and wear applications where a low-cost alternative is required.
